Yifei and her family who are featured in our latest documentary “Finding Courage” and us (the Swoop team) took part in a screening of the film in Palm Springs, California! The film was concurrently broadcast on NBC Palm Springs.
We were fortunate to have the amazing Pastor Greg Young (Producer of Chosen Generation Radio) and his crew to host the event, who together miraculously overcame a slew of technical issues that come with hosting a livestream concurrently with a television broadcast and made it happen.

The whole Wang Family traveled to Palm Springs to attend the screening and were moved by the audience’s reactions to the film - hearing the gasps, laughs, and tears throughout the showing of the film. In the center is Yifei Wang, the main protagonist in “Finding Courage.”
Palm Springs is home to real roadrunner birds. We reminisced about watching Road Runner cartoons in our youths. We made sure we got to see one of the many road runner statues in Palm Springs before heading back to snowy New York.
